While her academic background is in film production, Shakara's love for capturing memories has always been a driving force. Shakara complements this passion with over ten years of experience photographing a variety of special occasions.

Shakara's seven years as a school portrait photographer reflect her dedication to preserving cherished childhood moments. She holds a BA in Communication Arts and an MA in Entertainment Business and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
